Team GamingX is the team behind GamingX—a competitive gaming hub built to make it easier for players to find matches, run events, and grow communities around the games they love.

Our primary focus right now is the Stronghold series and building the tools that keep classic communities active, organized, and competitive.

• Organizations (teams/clans/community groups) with profiles and management tools
• Tournaments and events to streamline competitive play and scheduling
• Match recording and results tracking to preserve history and stats over time
• Community resources like downloads, tools, and game-specific content
• A legacy archive that preserves the old ladder era and match history

We’re not a clan in the old-school sense anymore—we’re the team that builds, runs, and moderates the platform so the community can compete, organize, and have a better experience with less friction.

GamingX began as a competitive clan in the Stronghold scene, then grew into Stronghold: Crusader as the community expanded and competition intensified. Over time, we branched out beyond RTS into other competitive titles—including Battlefield 2 and Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare—while keeping the same core identity: organized play, friendly rivalry, and long-term community building.

Back in the mid-2000s, GamingX operated in a classic ladder era where matches were reported, tracked, and discussed as part of the community culture. That history is preserved in our Legacy Archive, capturing the style of competition and the spirit of the Stronghold scene from those early days.

Today, GamingX has evolved from “a clan” into “a platform team.” Our mission is to support competitive gaming communities—especially the Stronghold series—by maintaining a modern hub for matchmaking, tournaments, events, match records, and shared resources that make it easier for everyone to play, compete, and improve.
